Rheumatologist needed to join Galway based rheumatology practice

Busy West of Ireland based partnership is looking for a Rheumatologist to join Dr Ronan Kavanagh and Dr Adrian Gibbs in this thriving, mature  private practice partnership based in Galway city.

Requirements

• Completed full specialist training in rheumatology
• Eligible for specialist registration with the Medical Council of Ireland
• Excellent Communication Skills

Benefits

The practice, which is currently based across two state-of-the-art private hospitals, will arrange medical indemnity costs, patient bookings, rooms, billing, and administrative services, holiday and conference leave cover, and a guaranteed minimum starting income of €180,000  – but maximum salary (based on percentage of turnover) expected to be significantly higher. No general medicine on call commitment as rheumatology practice limited to specialty of rheumatology.

Galway is a coastal city based at the gateway to Connemara – with a really vibrant arts and restaurant scene. The city is within easy access of airports and has an excellent range of schools for children, sporting activities including golf, sailing and hill walking.
